DECLARATION OF FREEDOM

I know and declare the truth that sets me free indeed:

I was chosen by Love before the foundation of the world. I am a child of the King. I have been adopted in love through Jesus Christ. I declare my faith in Jesus and the finished work of the cross. I declare that I am truly, legally, and practically free. Jesus set me free so that I could truly walk in freedom. I honor Him now by choosing to stand firm in that freedom and by refusing to submit again to the slavery of sin and iniquity. I declare that in Christ Jesus I am legally free from condemnation and legally free from the law of sin and death. I declare that my life is now hidden with Christ in God, hidden in the light of God. I choose to walk in the light as He is in the light, and I give permission to Holy Spirit to bring to light any hidden thing that keeps me from walking in my freedom. As He does, I will confess and renounce sin and unrighteousness knowing that He is faithful to forgive and cleanse me completely. I have been crucified with Christ and buried with him in baptism, so now I am also raised with him. I am seated with Christ in the heavenlies and blessed with every spiritual blessing. I declare that I am in Christ and therefore I am a new creation--a fresh, unprecedented piece of handiwork created by Christ to do good things! I receive His strength in my inner being, having my spirit, mind, will, and emotions rooted and grounded in Love. By faith I want to know this Love that goes beyond knowing. I want to be filled with all the fullness of God. I exalt you, Lord, for you delight in my well-being, spirit, soul, and body.
